Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for Level Up PR, with a focus on personal brand clients in B2B markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, presenting agency services, and managing the sales pipeline through to closing. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with client needs, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district,



requiring consistent in-person collaboration with the team and potential in-person meetings with clients. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive agency growth.

Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to research, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain professional client interactions.

Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support renewals and upsells.

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within PR, marketing, or qualified services.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and standard business software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
