Since 2008, we've partnered with leading real estate developers, architects, and designers to help bring visionary projects to life through cutting-edge visualization. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients discover innovative visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, Linked In, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (ability and willingness to travel is a must).

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative team to develop customized proposals. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills &

Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales,



or Client Acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Experience selling B2 B services is preferred. Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented. Comfortable using Linked In, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Ability to understand technical and creative services and communicate their value effectively.
