We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fast‑paced digital and product development team. In this role, you will drive business solutions from ideation through execution, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in e‑commerce platforms, excels at translating business objectives into clear requirements, and delivers insights that shape the product roadmap and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

- Work with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

- Create clear, testable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.

- Develop BRDs, FRDs, use cases, data flows, and process flow documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint planning meetings.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities effectively.

Agile Project Execution

- Own backlog grooming and prioritization for assigned product domains.

- Ensure stories are sprint‑ready, aligned with release plans, and meet Definition of Ready.

- Actively participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.

Data Analysis & Problem Solving

- Leverage data‑driven insights to recommend feature enhancements and address customer pain points.

- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting needs.

- Recommend solutions to improve customer experience, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.





E‑Commerce Focus (Preferred)

- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end e‑commerce workflows: catalog, search, cart, checkout, payments, shipping, returns, and promotions.

- Familiarity with digital commerce metrics such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, and AOV.

- Exposure to order management, warehouse fulfillment, and shipping logic is a plus.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

- Mentor junior Business Analysts and cross‑functional team members.

- Lead initiatives for process optimization and documentation standardization.

- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably in digital or e‑commerce environments.

- Strong hands‑on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

- Expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Figma.

- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and/or basic SQL.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have / Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in e‑commerce, retail, logistics, or digital marketplaces.

- Experience working with APIs, product data models, or order management systems (OMS).

- Agile certifications such as CSM or PMI‑ACP.
