Job Summary

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using C#, .NET, Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Implement security measures and data protection protocols
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test cases
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
- Manage webservers and configure services
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts
- Assist in transitioning from monolithic to microservices architecture

What You Bring

- 7-10 years of experience in backend development
- Ability to leading and mentoring the technical team
- Hands on experience in designing the backend systems




- Hands on experience in optimizing performance of backend services
- Strong proficiency in either C# .NET or Python
- Willingness and ability to learn the new language
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of Design patterns
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience working with multiculture and multinational team
