Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our eLearning, digital learning, content development, and AI-powered learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling B2B services and building relationships with corporate clients, EdTech companies, publishers, universities, and training organizations.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
N
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, CXOs, Training Managers, Founders, and Procurement teams.
N
- Understand client learning and training requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
N
- Present company capabilities and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
N
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
N
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
N
- Collaborate with internal content, instructional design,



and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
N
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
N

nRequired Skills:

- 2-6 years of Solid B2B sales and business development experience.
N
- Excellent communicationand presentation skills.
N
- Experience selling service-based solutions is preferred.
N
- Experience in consultative selling.
N
- Ability to generate leads independently.
N
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
N
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
N
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

- Self-driven and target-oriented.
