Role Description: As a Senior Back-End Developer at Ease Commerce, you will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications that power our CRM platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves architecting APIs, optimizing database structures, and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations with front-end interfaces and third-party services. You will review code, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and front-end teams to deliver robust features and enhancements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting production issues, improving system reliability, and contributing to technical decision-making and best practices.

Qualifications Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.





Contribute to building scalable and efficient applications.

Work with frontend teams where required to support full stack development needs.

Code Quality & Collaboration

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Problem Solving & Debugging

Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Optimize performance and improve reliability of backend systems.

Security & Best Practices

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to applications.

Follow security and development best practices across services.

Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Node.js development.

Experience with any one of the Node.js frameworks: Fastify, Express, or NestJS.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Background in designing scalable architectures for SaaS or CRM products is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Indore, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
