Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, programming, and implementation of automation solutions for biopharma equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC/SCADA platforms, excellent understanding of bioprocess automation, and solid team and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients to understand automation requirements
- Design automation architecture and review BOMs, P&IDs;
- Program PLCs and SCADA/HMI systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- Allocate tasks and manage project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with ISA S88 standards
- Perform SQL/DB scripting and C/VB scripting as needed
- Lead standardization and error-free program delivery
- Support new product development and system integration

Required Skills:

- Siemens PLC (Step 7, TIA Portal, PCS 7), HMI, and SCADA (WinCC)
- Allen Bradley PLC (Studio 5000), SCADA (Factory Talk View)
- Biopharma process automation knowledge
- Programming in VBScript, C Script,



SQL/PostgreSQL
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Experience of 7 - 9 years.
- Experience in automation for biopharma vessels/equipment
- Familiarity with ISA S88 standards
