He/ She is a suitably qualified and trained Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician (FSMT) capable of executing simulator operation and maintenance related jobs. He/ She reports to the Simulator Shift Lead (Maintenance).
1. Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for rectification and follow-up of any related requirements for any open defects.
2. Carrying out various inspection schedules, checks as per the Maintenance Programme Schedule.
3. To explain the instructor about the open defects and any MMI if any, before the start of every training session and to take feedback from instructor after every session.
4. Ensure all the documentation pertaining to the training devices and support infrastructure are up to date and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
5. Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained throughout the training device operation
6.
Carrying out all activities necessary for smooth operation of simulators during his/ her duty time.
7. Any other jobs assigned by the respective Simulator Maintenance Team Lead/Maintenance Engineering Manager.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
