Designation: Senior Associate - PE Ecosystem Location: BKC, Mumbai Job Role:

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain solid relationships with private equity funds and key stakeholders within the industry. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned member firms, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed promptly.

Member Support: Take ownership of a portfolio of key member accounts, including proactive engagement plans, identifying cross-engagement opportunities, and improving member retention. Support member inquiries by providing timely, accurate information and proactively keeping them informed of relevant updates and developments.

Event Support: Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars and conferences including IVCA Flagship conferences. Assist in maintaining Vendor Relations.

Business Development: Assist in creating sales pipeline and onboarding new members

Content: Develop content for various PE events and initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials.



Help create and disseminate promotional materials for events and initiatives.

Others: Work closely with policy, events, research, and communications teams to ensure seamless execution of IVCA initiatives

Support multiple sector councils and special interest groups within IVCA Coordinate with external partners (consultants, knowledge partners, sponsors) for joint initiatives.

Assist in organizing member meetings, roundtables, and other engagement activities. What we are looking for:

Minimum 4 year relevant working experience required

Fluent understanding of how PE/VC funds operate and on the general PE/VC ecosystem (Sector Activity/Movements, Trends etc.)

Must be a people’s person, and is open to interacting, network and build long-term relationships with prominent public & private stakeholders

Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Office Suite

Should be fluent in English with strong communication & writing abilities

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects Note: This is a Non-Investment Role, IVCA is an Industry body representing the Alternate Capital Industry & does not make any direct/indirect investments in any capacity

IVCA operates as a neutral body focused on policy advocacy, research, market development, and member engagement. It does not provide advisory or consulting services, and is not involved in transaction execution, investment decisions, M&A; deal making, or any form of investment intermediation.
