As a Senior Associate in the Dell Boomi Integration Developer role for NetSuite Finance Solutions, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Finance practice. This position involves working closely with clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to implement and optimize Oracle NetSuite applications.

Your role will be pivotal in helping clients modernize their digital core and enhance their financial technology capabilities.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in driving success. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using this knowledge to guide and inspire others.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing integration solutions using Dell Boomi to support Oracle NetSuite finance applications




- Managing project delivery and documentation throughout the IT project lifecycle to align with client requirements
- Utilizing agile methodology to enhance business process improvement and standardization
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine integration processes
- Leading enterprise integration initiatives to optimize technology implementation and innovation
- Overseeing project budgeting and tracking to maintain alignment with financial objectives
- Conducting technical consultations to support enterprise software deployment and process modeling
- Facilitating stakeholder management to foster effective communication and teamwork
- Embracing change and promoting creativity to drive continuous improvement in finance technology solutions

What You Must Have
- Strong hands-on experience integrating with at least one major ERP platform
- Strong knowledge of mapping, transformations, and integration patterns
- Experience with SFTP, OAuth2, JWT, and integration security models
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Experience with Boomi EDI, Trading Partners, or B2B integrations
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in working with middleware platforms like Celigo and Workato
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology
- At least one of the following: NetSuite certification in ERP, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFoundation, or related NetSuite application domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile Methodology for project management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
- Excelling in enterprise integration and software implementation
