Position: Lead AI Engineer , Hyderabad

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and memory.

- Build enterprise-grade RAG pipelines including embeddings, vector databases, semantic/hybrid search, and reranking strategies.

- Develop reusable connectors, plugins, and tool integrations for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Git, Slack, and databases.

- Engineer solutions using cloud, private, and open-source LLMs, applying prompt engineering, function calling, and tool orchestration.

- Implement AI security and governance practices including prompt injection defense, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance.

- Establish observability and monitoring frameworks to evaluate AI model performance, reliability, and auditability.





- Lead proof-of-concepts, guide technology selection, and mentor junior engineers to ensure production-ready AI delivery.
