Reviewing architectural design, interior design, working drawings, renderings,representations and details, 3D models in Revit and Rhino;
- Coordinating with stakeholders for BIM integration with respect to architectural, civil,
interior, and services;
- Coordinating with design and execution teams for proposed and ongoing activities at the
site to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met;
- Supporting the Lead Architect in design development, planning, documentation, and
team management;
- Providing architectural inputs and guidance to the project execution teams;
- Preparing and approving preliminary tenders and GFC drawings
10+ years of prior experience, preferably covering a full project cycle from design development to execution and handover of sustainable buildings along with experience in project management;
- Prior experience working in BIM for architectural, civil, interior, and services
integration, using Revit and Rhino in addition to AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop;
- Demonstrable knowledge of sustainable building practices and methods, embodied energy analysis, and life cycle analysis;
