Job Title: Senior Architect (PMC) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

Experience Required: 8–12 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our PMC team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural design coordination, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate architectural drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.

Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution as per client requirements.

Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Conduct regular site visits across Indore and nearby project locations.

Monitor construction progress and ensure quality compliance as per approved drawings.

Ensure adherence to local building bylaws, Indore Municipal Corporation norms, and statutory approvals.

Identify and resolve on-site design and execution challenges.





Review and approve architectural materials, finishes, and mock-ups.

Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Participate in client meetings and provide technical inputs.

Implement value engineering strategies where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in PMC or large-scale construction projects.

Robust knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Good understanding of local building regulations and approval processes in Indore.

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments in Indore or nearby regions.

- Exposure to high-rise or township projects.
