Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex revenue cycle management (RCM) issues.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the RCM process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare industry or related field.

- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes, including denial management and appeal procedures.

- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
