Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer / Senior Product Analyst

Location: Remote (India)

Working Hours: Aligned with UK Business Hours

Compensation: Up to 24 LPA (Based on experience and performance) Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst / Analytics Engineer to support product, commercial, and growth decision-making through high-quality analytics, data modelling, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with dbt, Snowflake, SQL, and ThoughtSpot, along with a solid understanding of modern analytics engineering and product analytics practices. You will work closely with UK stakeholders and business teams, translating requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize dbt models following best practices for scalability, governance, and documentation.

Develop and manage analytics models across customer, order, product, marketing, and inventory domains.

Create and maintain ThoughtSpot liveboards, worksheets, and semantic layers.

Work with PostHog event data to support product analytics, funnel analysis, feature adoption tracking, and experimentation reporting.

Write efficient, scalable SQL in Snowflake using advanced concepts including window functions, QUALIFY, CTEs, and performance optimization techniques.

Manage data quality through testing, freshness monitoring, documentation, and governance standards.

Work with ETL/ELT pipelines and troubleshoot ingestion issues, schema drift,



and connector failures.

Collaborate with product, growth, operations, and commercial teams to deliver analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

Build and maintain reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and self-service analytics capabilities.

Support experimentation and product analytics initiatives through dashboarding and measurement frameworks.

Own analytics deliverables from requirement gathering through implementation and validation.

Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, or related data roles.

Strong hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool).

Advanced SQL expertise on Snowflake.

Robust understanding of dimensional modelling, analytics engineering best practices, and warehouse architecture.

Experience with ThoughtSpot, including liveboards, worksheets, search definitions, and access management.

Experience with PostHog including event tracking, funnels, feature flags, and experimentation analytics.

Experience working with GitHub workflows including pull requests, code reviews, and version control.

Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, Stitch, Hevo,



or similar platforms.

Understanding of dbt DAGs, orchestration concepts, and upstream/downstream dependency management.

Prior experience working with e-commerce or subscription businesses, including metrics such as retention, repeat rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), and marketing attribution.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to work directly with UK stakeholders.

Skills

Understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experiment measurement, statistical significance, and uplift analysis.

Experience with Reverse ETL platforms such as Hightouch, Census, or similar tools.

Familiarity with multi-environment dbt deployments and environment-specific governance controls.

Exposure to product analytics and growth analytics workflows. Nice to Have

Experience building predictive models such as churn prediction, LTV forecasting, propensity modelling, or customer segmentation.

Python experience using pandas, scikit-learn, or statsmodels.

Experience productionizing analytical models using SQL and modern data stack tools.

Exposure to advanced experimentation frameworks and statistical modelling.
