Position: Analyst - Mortgage Collateral/ Residential Mortgage Operations - 2 Years - Pune
Are you looking to build your career in Residential Mortgage Operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in mortgage collateral management, document custody, and loan operations to support mortgage collateral oversight and ensure operational excellence across residential loan portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring custodian exception reports and resolving missing, defective, or incomplete mortgage collateral documents.
- Coordinating with loan sellers, originators, title companies, and document custodians to cure collateral exceptions within defined timelines.
- Reconciling custodian loan inventories with internal records and investigating collateral discrepancies.
- Administering MERS registrations, document releases, eNotes, and custody-related transactions while maintaining accurate collateral records.
- Supporting loan acquisitions, servicing transfers, securitizations, and maintaining collateral status reporting for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in Mortgage Operations,
Document Custody, Collateral Management, Loan Documentation, or Mortgage Banking.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan documents, including Promissory Notes, Deeds of Trust, Assignments, and Title Policies.
- Working knowledge of MERS, eNotes, and strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
