Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with 68 years of experience in software development and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions, including Agentic AI, AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for building scalable AI applications, architecting AI infrastructure, integrating enterprise data platforms, and enabling AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using an agentic AI approach.
- Build and integrate AI agents with internal tools and enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Develop and implement RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable Python-based applications following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

AI Infrastructure & Scalability:

- Design and implement AI infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning, inference, and deployment.
- Build scalable architectures supporting AI agents, MCP orchestration, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize PostgreSQL and Snowflake environments for high-performance AI and analytics workloads.
- Recommend and implement architecture improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work with cloud platforms and GPU infrastructure to support enterprise AI solutions.

AI Solution Delivery:

- Deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned with business objectives.




- Build intelligent AI applications using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and retrieval-augmented techniques.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven products and features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative AI use cases.

Research & Innovation:

- Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, MCP implementations, and RAG architectures.
- Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and data engineering technologies.
- Document technical findings and contribute to internal AI standards and best practices.

Knowledge Sharing:

- Conduct technical sessions, workshops, and AI knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams on AI technologies, development practices, and architecture.
- Promote continuous learning and AI adoption across the organization.

Required Skills:

- 68 years of professional software development experience with strong AI/ML exposure.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL and Snowflake, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Robust SQL skills and data engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, GPU provisioning, and MLOps.
- Knowledge of APIs, version control (Git), testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
