Role Description The Senior Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajnandgaon, responsible for leading and expanding the agency sales network. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agency partners and advisors, driving them to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement sales strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day activities include field visits, joint calls with agency partners,



conducting regular review meetings, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for product, operations, and claims support. The position also requires market analysis, identification of new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with customers and distributors to grow the health insurance portfolio in the region.

Qualifications Strong agency development and sales management skills, including experience leading field teams and driving performance against targets.

Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to build trust with agency partners, customers, and internal teams.

Sound knowledge of health or general insurance products, distribution channels, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and motivate diverse sales teams.

Ability to analyze local market potential, interpret sales data, and implement practical strategies to increase business.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.

Relevant experience in insurance agency management or financial services distribution, preferably in health insurance.

Comfort working on-site in Rajnandgaon, with readiness for regular field travel within the assigned territory.
