Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and support. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings and career outcomes, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and following up with leads to ensure timely decisions.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align admissions outreach with program goals, track admissions metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and learner experience.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, participating in events and information sessions, and representing Vidya Quest in a manner consistent with its mission and values.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively counsel prospective learners and build trust.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining an ethical, learner-centric approach.

Candidates should possess an understanding of the Education sector and interest in EdTech, skill development, and career-focused learning.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in admissions or counseling, familiarity with CRM or admissions management tools, and the ability to work with data and targets.

A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in North Delhi and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
