Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



The role involves engaging with prospective students and families, conducting counseling sessions, and guiding them through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include responding to admissions queries, conducting campus meetings or orientations, managing application documentation, and coordinating assessments or interviews as needed.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will also support outreach activities, collaborate with marketing and academic teams on admissions campaigns, and track conversion metrics to meet enrollment targets. The position requires maintaining accurate records in admissions systems and providing clear, respectful communication to ensure a positive applicant experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with prospective students, families, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver a supportive and responsive admissions experience.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage admissions pipelines, follow up on leads, and drive enrollment conversions ethically and transparently.

Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with academic programs, student counseling, or education management.

Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, strong organizational and record-keeping abilities, and comfort working with data and reporting.

Previous experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales is preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all admissions activities.
