Position Overview For our client in Pharmaceutical space, we are seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory (AD) & Identity Management Specialist to lead the remediation of Active Directory accounts across the enterprise environment.

The role will coordinate with application technical owners, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and the CyberArk team to drive remediation activities and support onboarding of eligible accounts into the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

This role requires robust Active Directory expertise, excellent data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work effectively across a large, complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the identification and remediation of accounts in Active Directory.
- Coordinate with application technical owners to validate account ownership, usage, and remediation plans.
- Work with IAM, Infrastructure, and the CyberArk team to support onboarding of eligible accounts into PAM.
- Analyse large Active Directory datasets, identify non-compliant accounts,



and produce progress and compliance reports.
- Track remediation activities, risks, dependencies, and provide regular programme updates.
- Ensure activities comply with organisational security policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience Essential

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and identity management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.

Desirable

- Working knowledge of CyberArk or another Privileged Access Management solution.
- Experience with PowerShell, Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and governance frameworks.
