Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with experience in general accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and e-commerce accounting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with account reconciliations, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage General Ledger (GL), journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and e-commerce reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting records in SAP, SAP Business One, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
- Prepare MIS reports and support audits and financial reporting.

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliations is preferred.
