Hiring: Actuarial Pricing Analyst / Senior Actuarial Pricing Analyst (P&C; Insurance)

Location: Noida / Gurgaon / Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 37 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

We are looking for experienced Part Qualified / Nearly Qualified Actuaries to join a global analytics and insurance consulting team focused on Property & Casualty (P&C;) Pricing Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance predictive pricing models using GLMs, Machine Learning, Decision Trees, Random Forests, and Credibility Methods

Design and maintain scalable actuarial pricing models

Identify risk segmentation opportunities and optimize pricing strategies

Perform model validation, monitoring, and recalibration

Build automated analytics pipelines using Python, R, SQL, Emblem, Radar, VBA, SAS, and cloud platforms

Develop and maintain Pricing Data Marts for policy, claims, exposure, and reinsurance data

Design ETL workflows and centralized pricing datasets





Apply advanced statistical and AI/ML techniques to improve pricing accuracy

Partner with data engineering teams on cloud-based analytics solutions

Present actuarial insights and recommendations to business stakeholders

Ensure compliance with actuarial standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills

3–7 years of experience in P&C; Insurance Pricing / Ratemaking

Minimum 4 actuarial exams cleared (IAI / IFoA / CAS / SOA)

Strong knowledge of General Insurance and P&C; actuarial concepts

Hands-on experience with:

- Python
- R
- SQL
- SAS
- Excel & VBA
- Emblem
- Radar
- Predictive Modelling
- Machine Learning
- GLM
- Snowflake / Databricks / AWS Analytics (preferred)

Preferred Profile: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Experience working with large insurance datasets

Ability to work independently in a quick-paced analytics environment
