Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer – CA Inter (Semi-Qualified CA)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated CA Inter (Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant) with experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and international accounting (Australia/US/UK). The candidate will independently manage end-to-end accounting for multiple clients, ensure timely month-end closures, prepare MIS reports, and lead a small team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for 5–6 companies/clients.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and collections.
- Maintain General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Prepare and review invoices, Delivery Orders (DOs), project invoices, and stock-related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting queries and support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping,



Financial Reporting, and Finalization of Accounts.
- Experience in Australian Accounting, US Accounting, UK Accounting, or Outsourced Accounting Services.
- Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Subtotals, and Data Analysis.
- Experience in MIS Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, and General Ledger Management.
- Strong communication and client management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- CA Inter (Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant) – Preferred.
- Articleship Completed.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting & Taxation.
- At least 2 years of experience in Audit, Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, or International Accounting (Australia/US/UK).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
