Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Accountant will analyze financial data to provide insights for management, maintain accurate financial records,



and improve accounting processes and controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, working closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and project execution. Qualifications

Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and audit support practices.

Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis tools.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) is an advantage.

Previous experience in a senior or supervisory accounting role, ideally within design, interiors, or project-based businesses.
