Nagar, Chennai Experience: 15–20 Years CTC: ₹12–15 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the entire Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, banking operations, import & export accounting, and financial reporting, with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the complete Finance & Accounts department.

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and MIS reporting.
- Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Handle import & export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking documentation.
- Manage banking relationships, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or related field.

- CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- 15–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with team leadership experience.
