About the Role

The Senior Academic Manager will lead advanced academic delivery for Grades 11 and 12,

ensuring high performance in board examinations and competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.

The role demands strong academic leadership and subject mastery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead academic delivery for Grades 11-12 in assigned subject specialization.

Align curriculum with CBSE board requirements and competitive exams

(JEE/NEET/Olympiads).

Design rigorous academic plans to ensure top-tier results.

Mentor and guide junior faculty members.

Drive academic excellence and student success metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / MS / PhD.

Experience: 2+ years in senior secondary academic delivery.

Robust expertise in JEE/NEET level problem-solving.

Must know Kannada.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Prior experience in reputed institutions preferred (IIT/NIT/IISc/IISER alumni desirable).

Selection Process

Online Proctored Written Test.

Classroom Demo at designated centers.
