- Assist in organizing and conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings.

- Draft notices, agendas,minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.

- Prepare and file MCA forms and maintain statutory registers and records.

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations (Investment Adviser, Alternative Investment Fund, and Mutual Fund), and other applicable laws.

- Assist in corporate actions such as share allotments, rights issues, and related documentation.

- Coordinate with Directors, Auditors, Consultants, and Regulatory Authorities for statutory and compliance matters.
