Role Ove r view

We are l o oking for an experienced Manager – Security Services (Sales & Operations) to drive business growth while ensuring seamless execution of manned guarding operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in private security services, client acquisition, operations management, and team leadership.

Key Resp o nsibilities

Genera t e recent business opportunities for manned guarding and private security services.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industrial facilities, warehouses, educational institutions, hospitals, and residential communities.

Conduct client meetings, security surveys, and prepare customized security deployment proposals.

Negotia te contracts and successfully close new business opportunities.

Mobiliz e new security assignments and ensure smooth operational handover.





Manage security operations across multiple client locations.

Recruit

, deploy, and monitor security personnel in coordination with HR and field teams.

Conduct client visits, operational audits, and ensure service quality.

Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with PSARA, labour laws, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.

Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming standards, training, and overall performance of security personnel.

Prepare

MIS reports, operational updates, and business performance reports for management.

Requirem e nts

3–8 ye a rs of experience in private security services or facility management.

Proven experience in both business development and security operations.

Strong understanding of manned guarding operations, deployment planning, client servicing, and security risk assessment.

Knowled ge of PSARA compliance, labour regulations, and statutory requirements.

Excelle nt communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to independently manage client relationships and multiple operational sites.

Profici ency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and operational reporting.

Bachelo r’s degree preferred.
