Role Overview :

As the SOC Manager based in Vadodara, you will lead the strategic oversight and tactical execution of our security operations center. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team of security analysts, ensuring that our threat detection, incident response, and network defense mechanisms are operating at peak efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional IT teams and senior stakeholders to align security posture with business objectives, ultimately safeguarding the organizations critical digital assets against sophisticated cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end management of the Security Operations Center to ensure 24/7 monitoring and rapid response to emerging cyber threats.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of SIEM platforms to improve threat visibility and reduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and respond (MTTR) to security incidents.
- Direct the IT incident management lifecycle, ensuring that all security breaches are contained, investigated,



and remediated with minimal impact on business operations.
- Design and implement robust network security architectures to protect enterprise infrastructure from unauthorized access and malicious activity.
- Mentor and develop a team of security analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and proactive threat hunting.
- Report on security performance metrics and risk assessments to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making regarding security investments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale security operations with a deep understanding of cyber security frameworks and information security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead complex incident management processes, including forensic analysis and post-incident reporting.
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and managing SIEM tools and network security appliances to maintain a hardened security perimeter.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical security risks into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure workplace, making critical decisions during active security incidents to protect organizational integrity.
- A minimum of 9 - 14 years of professional experience in security operations, preferably within an industrial or enterprise IT environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCIH.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborating closely with the local technical teams to ensure seamless operational alignment.
