Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in Raigarh.

The Security

Officer will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and assets at the assigned site, including monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs. The role involves conducting regular patrols, inspecting premises for safety and security risks, and reporting incidents or suspicious activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Officer will operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, communication devices, and access control tools, following established protocols and company procedures. The position also includes responding to emergencies,



supporting incident management, collaborating with site management and law enforcement when needed, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, colleagues, and visitors.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong observation, situational awareness, and basic risk assessment skills to identify and respond to potential security threats.

Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members in a clear and respectful manner.

Candidates should possess familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting practices.

Candidates should possess the ability to operate and monitor security systems and equipment, such as CCTV, access control devices, and two-way communication tools.

Candidates should possess physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties for extended periods, as well as respond quickly in emergencies.

Relevant experience in security services, facility security, or related fields is beneficial; prior work in corporate, industrial, or commercial sites is an advantage.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; completion of certified security training, safety courses, or guard licensing programs is an added benefit.

Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards, along with the ability to follow instructions and company policies consistently.
