Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade collaboration and security solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role is responsible for driving architecture, security posture, and operational excellence across Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Purview (DLP Compliance).

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture &

- Strategy :
- Define and implement end-to-end architecture for M365 platforms.
- Establish secure-by-design principles.
- Develop roadmaps for M365 adoption and security maturity.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.

Identity &

- Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID) :
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Architect Conditional Access policies (MFA, device compliance).
- Implement identity protection, PIM, and secure external collaboration.

Messaging &

- Collaboration (Exchange Online &
- Microsoft Teams) :




- Architect and manage Exchange Online environments, mail flow, and hybrid configurations.
- Design secure collaboration solutions, external sharing policies, guest access, and data governance within Teams.

Device &

- Endpoint Management (Intune) :
- Architect and deploy endpoint management strategies.
- Implement device compliance, configuration profiles, and application protection policies.
- Enable secure BYOD and corporate device management.

Content Collaboration Platforms (SharePoint Online &

- OneDrive):
- Design SharePoint Online architecture, site structure, and data lifecycle.
- Implement secure document management, sharing controls, and compliance features.

Security &

- Compliance (Microsoft Purview DLP &
- Information Protection):
- Design and implement DLP policies across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoints.
- Implement sensitivity labels and data classification.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Operations &

- Governance:
- Define governance models and operational procedures.
- Monitor service health and security posture.
- Lead incident response for M365 security events.
- Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and application teams.
