Key Responsibilities
- Support the L3 EPP resource in deploying Trend Micro Apex One agents or similar antivirus solutions across designated endpoint groups.
- Perform agent installation, connectivity testing, and policy validation on deployed endpoints, logging outcomes and escalating failures to L3.
- Manage exception and exclusion requests during rollout, tracking requests, obtaining L3 approval, applying configuration changes, and maintaining the exception register.
- Assist in the transition to ongoing operations and maintenance support post-rollout, focusing on pattern file update monitoring, policy change testing, console health checks, and coverage reporting.
- Maintain detailed deployment and operations activity logs, updating the Motadata ServiceOps EPP work queue as needed.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance existing security frameworks and develop new strategies to mitigate emerging threats.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on endpoint protection issues.

Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in endpoint security or IT operations, with a focus on antivirus solutions.
- Proficiency in using endpoint security tools and agent-based deployment processes across multiple sites.
- Experience in Windows/Linux endpoint administration, including agent installation and basic troubleshooting.
- Structured tracking and logging discipline for large-scale antivirus or endpoint protection deployment activities.
- Ability to follow endpoint standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues that are out of scope correctly.
- Trend Micro product awareness training is preferred, along with other relevant security certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
