Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for SEBI Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) and Research Analysts (RAs). The role involves analyzing financial markets, developing investment strategies, and preparing research reports on various asset classes and securities.

Daily responsibilities include conducting fundamental and technical analysis, reviewing client portfolios, and providing suitable investment recommendations in line with SEBI regulations. The position also requires regular interaction with clients to understand their financial goals, deliver clear advice, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.



Collaboration with internal teams to enhance research quality, improve advisory processes, and support new product or service initiatives is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with practical knowledge of Investments and Investment Strategies.
- Ability to perform comprehensive Financial Planning tailored to diverse client goals and risk profiles.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- SEBI registration as Investment Adviser (RIA) and/or Research Analyst (RA), or eligibility and intent to obtain these registrations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling and use of market research tools.
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple client engagements efficiently.
