Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified traffic for client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives in line with best practices.

The specialist will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns. Collaboration with content, design,



and marketing teams is essential to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into broader digital initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and apply findings to content and on-page optimization.

- Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits, identifying technical and content issues, and implementing fixes.

- Experience with Link Building strategies, including ethical outreach, backlink analysis, and off-page optimization.

- Strong skills in Web Analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance and derive insights.

- Hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization.

- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz or similar platforms).

- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
