Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Manager – SEO & Content Strategy who can lead our SEO vision, build scalable organic growth strategies, and drive high-impact content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SEO & content strategy to improve online visibility and organic growth
- Drive AI-powered search optimization (AI Overviews, LLM-driven search & emerging platforms)
- Own technical SEO initiatives including Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing & site performance
- Build SEO analytics frameworks and drive data-led decision-making
- Lead keyword research, content optimization,
link-building & SERP growth strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Content teams
- Mentor and grow a high-performing SEO & Content team
- Manage SEO vendors, partnerships, and digital brand amplification initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of strong SEO experience
- Expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy & Organic Growth
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush/Moz
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & CMS platforms (WordPress/Drupal)
- Experience managing and mentoring SEO teams
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, analytics, and performance marketing
