Key Responsibilities System Design & Architecture

- Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Drive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for complex software solutions.
- Architect cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Design service-oriented and event-driven architectures for enterprise-scale systems.

Full Stack Development
- Build scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications.
- Develop secure, high-performance applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and overall system scalability.
- Ensure code quality through engineering best practices and design standards.

Cloud & Distributed Systems
- Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar event-streaming technologies.
- Implement caching, load balancing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization strategies.
- Build highly available and reliable distributed systems.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance across engineering teams.




- Mentor software engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Engineering Excellence
- Drive engineering standards, coding guidelines, and design patterns.
- Review code, improve development processes, and ensure maintainable architecture.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, security, and system reliability.
- Support long-term technical roadmap and platform evolution.

Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience using Node.js and React.js.
- Solid expertise in designing scalable distributed systems and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
- Experience with caching, load balancing, database optimization, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading architecture discussions and technical reviews.
- Strong understanding of distributed system design and event-driven architecture.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Exposure to high-scale product environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
