Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms using C .
- Teach core programming concepts, algorithm design, and problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct coding practice sessions, live problem-solving, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Design, administer, and evaluate weekly coding assessments and assignments.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning progress through regular tracking.
- Identify students requiring additional support and conduct timely intervention sessions.
- Mentor and guide Teaching Assistants to ensure consistency and quality in support sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve coding proficiency.
- Prepare students for coding assessments, hackathons, and technical interviews.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum, content, and classroom delivery.
- Maintain accurate academic records, performance reports, and learner engagement metrics.
