Key Responsibilities

- Install, assemble, and align screening machines, vibrating screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on screening plant machinery.
- Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Perform welding, gas cutting, and basic fabrication work as required.
- Ensure proper lubrication and routine inspection of all moving parts.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Keep the work area clean and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Required Qualifications





- ITI in Fitter or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in coal screening plants, crusher plants, or material handling equipment is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of vibrating screens, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, and alignment techniques.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use standard maintenance tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
