- Key Areas Of Responsibility (KARs)
- Checking correctness of invoices supporting documents received by suppliers, making sure the invoices follow Linxon guidelines given to the suppliers
- Checking if mandatory supporting documents are transmitted by the suppliers along with the invoices submitted
- Checking if the invoice amount matches with PO milestone payment
- Creation of work confirmation in Linxon ERP system (Oracle)
- Verification of prequalification documents provided by the suppliers during onboarding process
- Experience, Education And Other Requirement
- Minimum Engineering Graduate, CIPS qualification (or equivalent), and applicable experience or 5 + yearsexperience in lieu of qualification
- 5 yearswork experience in supply chain, accounting,



or finance department
- Good knowledge of Oracle as ERP system
- Occasional travel may be required inside and outside of the country
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- The ability to think outside the box and move things forward using own initiative
- Ability to drive through change
- Focused on the detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business whilst embracing cultural differences
