Job Title Schumag Operator Department Production - Bright Bar Location Wada Palghar Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor Schumag straightening peeling polishing machines Set up machines as per required bar size tolerance and surface finish Ensure production output meets quality and dimensional standards Perform tool setting changeovers and basic machine adjustments Inspect bright bars using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer Identify surface defects bends or dimensional deviations Maintain daily production records rejection reports and downtime logs Follow safety guidelines SOPs and 5S practices Support minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
