Offs - Rotational Immediate Joiner's preferred Goal of Position: To ensure efficient and accurate coordination of interpreter scheduling by managing appointments, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining timely communication with clients and internal teams, and supporting operational excellence through effective scheduling, reporting, and process improvements while meeting quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Interpreters and manage schedules for clients.
Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and within the required timelines.
Monitor scheduling queues and address any pending requests promptly.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding scheduling updates, changes, and escalations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the scheduling system.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring operational efficiency.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling activities as required.
Support process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies.
Required
Skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Zoho, and other scheduling tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Min 1 year of experience in customer service.
Immediate Joiner’s preferred.
