Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement Salesforce DevOps and CICD pipelines
· Automate deployments across Development QA UAT and Production environments
· Manage source control and branching strategies using Git
· Support release planning deployment execution and rollback strategies
· Collaborate with Architects Developers QA and Business teams to streamline release processes
· Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards
· Manage workplace strategy metadata deployments and configuration migration
· Troubleshoot deployment issues and performance bottlenecks
· Ensure compliance with security audit and governance requirements
· Prepare technical documentation deployment guides and release notes
· Mentor junior developers and DevOps engineers
