Key Responsibilities:

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Install steel and aluminum scaffold systems as per project requirements
- Check scaffold stability, alignment, and overall safety
- Fix platforms, guardrails, ladders, and other scaffold components
- Work safely at heights while following site safety standards
- Inspect scaffold materials and components before use
- Follow scaffold load capacity and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams
- Maintain scaffolding tools, materials, and equipment properly




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and project standards

Requirements

• Interested in working as a scaffolder

• Age limit: Below 40 years

• Fresher and experienced are both eligible

- Physically fit for construction/site work
- Positive knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques
- Understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Knowledge of scaffold materials and load handling practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites
