- Design & Development: Design and develop headless services for communication components, ensuring seamless data exchange between the car multimedia system and other components.
- AIDL Interfaces: Create and implement AIDL interfaces between the UI and headless applications to ensure efficient communication.
- Framework and HAL Services: Develop and maintain Android framework components and HAL services tailored for automotive platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Measure and optimize components to meet automotive KPIs and ensure high performance in real-time systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with user concept teams to translate design concepts into functional Android applications.
- Full-Stack Development: Learn and implement Embedded Android and Linux technologies to develop and maintain full-stack Android solutions.
- Agile Environment:
Work in Agile-based projects to deliver high-quality Android features with rapid iterations.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in Android framework development, with a focus on AOSP, AAOS, and Android services.
- Proficient in AIDL interface design and implementation.
- Valuable experience with Android connectivity (e.g., Wi-Fi) and integration.
- Strong understanding of Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs) in both Android and Linux.
- Proficient in programming using Java/Kotlin and Linux.
- Familiarity with git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile development.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
