Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant with solid expertise in SAP WM/Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management, and Logistics Execution. The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience in SAP support and implementation projects, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP integration across logistics modules. The role involves system configuration, issue resolution, process optimization, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management (HUM), and Logistics Execution (LE) modules to support business processes.
- Design and optimize warehouse structures, storage bins, inventory replenishment, and internal warehouse processes.
- Support inbound, outbound, inventory movement, handling unit, picking, packing, and warehouse execution processes.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting SAP WM issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Support RF (Radio Frequency) device-related warehouse operations and issue resolution.
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle including:
- Business Blueprint
- Configuration
- Functional Design
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- End-user Training
- Go-live and Hypercare Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration with:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and support regression testing activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets,



and change requests using ServiceNow.
- Perform test management activities using HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM).
- Monitor and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user training materials.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to business users.

Mandatory Skills

- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or Stock Room Management.
- Strong expertise in:

- ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience integrating SAP WM with:
- SAP MM
- SAP PP
- SAP QM
- SAP SD
- Strong functional documentation and testing experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work as an individual contributor/team member in global support environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) (should not be the primary or most recent expertise).
- Experience configuring SAP MM along with SAP WM.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and RF technologies.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management functionalities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP WM/MM certification is preferred.
