Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and GP targets.
- Generate current business through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Sell Ocean Export, Ocean Import, LCL, FCL, Cross Trade, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, and Value-Added Services.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the pricing team and negotiate commercial terms.
- Conduct customer presentations and logistics solution discussions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain credit discipline.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily call reports, weekly sales pipeline, and monthly business reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
