SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Technical Analyst

Must have Skills: Should be using SAP BI/HANA to developed reports in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics solutions.
- Build and manage Story Reports and advanced dashboards for HR and workforce insights.
- Configure and support Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for secure and accurate data access.
- Configure and manage job scheduling for automated reporting and data processing.
- Support WFS Time & Attendance reporting and functional troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot reporting, data, and integration issues in SuccessFactors environments.
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance of HR reporting systems.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience in Story Reporting and dashboard development.
- Good understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) framework.
- Experience in job scheduling configuration and automation.




- Robust skills in JavaScript and HR data analytics.
- Experience in reporting, dashboarding, and integration support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global or multi-region enterprise environments.
