About the Role The Process Governance Analyst will play a critical role in driving process excellence across the organization by maintaining, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to support process modeling, governance, process mining, and automation readiness.

What You Will Do

Process Modeling & Governance

Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality BPMN 2.0 process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager

Maintain process modeling standards and governance frameworks

Support Nexus Workstreams with system and modeling expertise to refine to-be processes

Maintain the enterprise Process House and process architecture

Process Mining & Data-Driven Insights

Configure and analyze process mining datasets using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Build dashboards, KPIs, and journey visualizations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities

Translate process intelligence insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements

Partner with data and IT architecture teams to ensure data quality and seamless integration between ERP systems and Signavio

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain





Provide training and support to end users on Signavio tools and process management best practices

Present governance and improvement findings and recommendations to leadership and governance bodies

What We Are Looking For

5–10 years of experience in Process Intelligence systems

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields

Skills

SAP Process Intelligence / ability to build process intelligence solutions

Building dashboards, managing data, and solid understanding of SAP Process Intelligence systems

SAP backend expertise (SAP PTP)

Hands-on expertise with SAP Signavio Process Manager and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and process architecture methodologies

Experience working with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large datasets

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Experience contributing to or managing process governance frameworks

Exposure to SAP transformations such as S/4HANA

Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, or process analytics

Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or manufacturing
