Job Title: Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working on end-to-end implementation projects, configuring Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain learning items, curricula, classes, catalogs, assignment profiles, learning programs, and user learning plans.
- Configure learning approvals, notifications, certifications, and compliance training.
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and support production deployments.
- Assist with data migration and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents,



and test scripts.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules, when required.
- Follow SAP best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4.5-10years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation.
- Strong functional configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
